Jena is a Wake Forest resident who grew up in the Creedmoor and surrounding Raleigh areas. She feels so blessed, to have found her life calling with massage and bodywork therapy. Since a young age she has always wanted to help others. Spa experience led her to discover the incredible and natural therapy, of massage. Unveiling such wonderful techniques changed her own body and life, for all the better. As a Medical Arts School graduate, she approaches each session from an anatomical perspective. Decreasing stress, tension and pain are the core goals of her bodywork. Increasing self-awareness for each person she comes in contact with is what sets her apart from the rest. She believes that educating those who she works on, can not only change their day but their life, to make a bigger difference. Nothing is more rewarding to her, than knowing she made a difference in someone’s day or life. Her vast range of modalities include: Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, reflexology, neuromuscular, TMJD, sports, cupping, trigger point, medical and chair massage. Growth as a therapist and individual is something she strives for daily. Knowledge of the body and natural methods of healing or self-care are a constant interest of Jena’s. Upon starting each session, she ensures she is going to address the specific needs of the individual at hand, while keeping open communication to ensure the highest comfortability of the client.

Greetings and Happy Hair Days!!
My Name is Meredith Gilmore and I have been doing hair for 25 years. My jump start was in Cary, NC. It fortified my drive for this career! I was the former Beehive Salon owner for 15 years here on Main St in Creedmoor, NC.
Hair has always been my life and exactly what I’ve wanted to do! I love taking care of peoples needs by bringing out and enhancing inner aura and helping them to see their existing beauty.
I have extra certifications from the Aveda Institute in SoHo, NYC, Tony and Guy Academy in Dallas Texas and Logic’s and Wella Color Specialist training. I began training with The Rusk Academy early in my career and was working toward being a platform artist but due to the young age of my child and travel involved I changed my mind. I continued to work and train with Rusk. I use multiple color lines but tend to stick with my favorites. I accept men, women and children’s haircuts. I love to foil highlight and balayage. I perform all over color and retouches as well as partial highlights. I also do perms and facial waxing. I consider myself to be an expert in updos and over the years I have done countless brides, bridal parties and hair for prom and Debutant Balls. I love to do shampoo-blowouts and worked for a dry-bar so I’m very skilled with a brush and dryer as well as hot tools.
